When the highest quality version I've found isn't available on the Archive, I upload it! These are often much larger files than what are typically on the Archive, but, if you're like me, this may be no issue for you. In this case, these ISOs are ripped from my copy of 'Dick Tracy Complete Serial Collection' by VCI. I bought this package because I was so dissatisfied with the quality of other uploads online, but these look and sound great! If you want to see the non-public-domain serials included in the set as well, I recommend buying this collection.
